PGA Pro-Am Proudly Sponsored by PPG
On Monday, 26 August we proudly hosted our Regional PGA Pro-Am at
Centurion Country Club, with no fewer than seven of our own PGA Professionals
participating. We were delighted to welcome fellow PGA members from across
Gauteng for this event.
A total of 27 PGA Professionals accompanied by their amateurs descended
upon Centurion CC, making up a field of 108 players. The golf on display was
outstanding, with the top professional’s score of the day being 69. Congratulations
to Tandi McCallum and Dean Nssychem for sharing the top honours.
The winning team of the day in the Fourball Alliance two scores to count,
consisted of D. Stander, J. Delport, W. van Wyk, and J. Botha, who collectively
scored an impressive 92 points.
A big thank you must go to Centurion CC members Nico Bonthuizen and Hein
Basson from PPG for sponsoring the day and helping to make it a massive success.
