Final Leg of the Mercedes-Benz

Centurion Better Ball Challenge

On Saturday, 12 October, the final qualifying round for
the Mercedes-Benz Better Ball Challenge took place, the
last chance to secure a spot in the finals on 9th November.
Congratulations to Rodger Kneidel and Heyno Smith for
clinching the last available spot.

Match Play Championship 2024

Over the weekend of 12-13 October, the
much-anticipated Match Play Championship
took place. The top 16 men and top 8 ladies
from this year’s Club Championship competed
for the prestigious titles.

In the Ladies’ final, Gina da Silva faced
Lourenda Steyn in an intense match. With
some exceptional golf on display, Lourenda
Steyn emerged victorious, defeating Gina
2&1 to claim the 2024 Ladies’ Match Play
Championship title.

In the Men’s final, defending champion
Wandre Snyman went head-to-head with
Dian Kruger. In a tightly contested match,
Wandre Snyman managed to win 1 up,
successfully defending his title as the Men’s
Match Play Champion.

Congratulations to both Lourenda and
Wandre on their incredible performances!
