Patience and Understanding
While it is understandable that residents
want the river to be cleaned as quickly
as possible, the process requires an
immense amount of time, money and
manpower. The CHOA is committed to
maintaining the floods and influx of debris
and litter via the river. However, the scale
of cleanup required during flood events
often means that there is no “quick fix.”
As always, the CHOA appreciates the
patience and understanding of all
residents as we continue to work through
these challenges. Your cooperation and
support play a vital role in maintaining
the beauty and security of the Centurion
Residential Estate and Country Club.
We ask that you continue to be mindful
of the complexities involved in these
processes and understand that each step
is crucial in ensuring that our community
and its contractors remains safe and
secure.
The CHOA is closely monitoring the
efforts from the City of Tshwane. Ms
