        ENFORCEMENT




        BY CAMERA






            ffective 1 May 2025, the CHOA Board of Directors
            has introduced a vehicle speed monitoring system
       Ewithin the Estate.

        This initiative, implemented in collaboration with
        Ambrosys, utilises camera technology to identify vehicles
        exceeding the designated speed limit of 30 km/h.

        In accordance with Penalty 7.1 of the CHOA Approved
        Penalty Structure (2024), residents will also bear
        responsibility for any speeding violations committed by
        their visitors, delivery vehicles, contractors, etc.
        (Refer MOI, par. 11.8).

         Driving above the speed limit of 30 km/h

                 41-49 km/h R1000 penalty

                  50+ km/h R2000 penalty


        Take note that any penalty amount that is not paid
        within 30 days of the issuing of the penalty, will be added
        to the owner’s levy account. Penalties can be paid at the
        CHOA office or into the CHOA’s bank account.

        The CHOA extends its sincere appreciation to all
        residents for their continued cooperation in fostering a
        safe and secure living environment.
