lifestyle choices but to create a
        balance where everyone can enjoy
        their home.

        For example:
        • Keep music and party noise to a
          minimum, especially after 22h00.
        • Use garden and power tools only
          during designated hours.
        • Avoid noisy activities on Sundays
and public holidays to preserve a
          sense of rest for all.

These may seem like small things, but
        collectively, they create a respectful
        rhythm to community life.

        The Spirit Behind the
        Rules: Live and Let Live
At the heart of it all is a simple
philosophy – live and let live. We all
        have different routines, backgrounds,
        and preferences, but by practicing
        patience, respect, and understanding,
        we build a stronger, kinder
        community.

        A peaceful neighbourhood doesn’t
        require perfection – just people
        willing to be good neighbours.

So, in the rush of daily life, let’s not
forget the importance of the spaces
we call home. Let’s treasure them,
protect them, and treat those we
share them with in the way we’d like
to be treated. Because when our
homes are calm, our lives feel a little
less chaotic – and that’s something
        worth working toward.
