INGREDIENTS
        •  1 and a 1/2 cups smooth medium-fat cottage cheese – room temperature
        •  3/4 cup melted milk chocolate
        •  2 tablespoons cocoa powder – sifted
        •  1/2 cup icing sugar – sifted

        METHOD
        •  In a medium-sized bowl add the cottage cheese,
          cocoa, icing sugar and melted chocolate.
          Using a whisk or a spatula gently mix
          these ingredients until you get
          a nice smooth pudding-like
          consistency.
        •  Spoon the mixture into two
          small cups or bowls and
          pop them in the fridge
          for about half an hour to
          40 minutes to chill. You
          can serve them with a
          small dollop of whipped
          cream and a dusting of
          cocoa if you like. Enjoy!

        *  They can also be left in the
          fridge overnight.
