A Word from our Chairman

Dear Residents,

It is amazing that we are already well into 2020. I wish you all
a healthy and prosperous year ahead. The trustees and estate
management wish to extend a big thank you to all those who
contributed generously to the Christmas collection for our
guards and gardening staff which an excess of R60 000 was
collected. This enabled many people to enjoy their Festive
Season a little more with their families. We really have an
incredibly motivated team of guards and gardeners who
enjoy working on our amazing Estate and this in part to your
appreciation of what they do every day.

The EGM pack was sent out recently for our annual meeting to
approve the budget and levies for the year ending 28 February
2021. The EGM is being held at the Dainfern College Lecture
Theatre (not the Auditorium) on 25 February 2020 at 18h15.
We encourage as many members as possible to attend as the
security infrastructure upgrade which has already commenced
and which has resulted in a higher than inflation increase in the
levy for the next year will be discussed.
