A Word from our Chairman






             Dear Residents

             We recently implemented a more aggressive strategy with
             Trafalgar Property Management to address the collection of
             arrear levy accounts which is growing as an issue as detailed
             at the recent Extraordinary General Meeting held at the end
             of February 2019.  We are pleased to note that some early
             progress has been achieved with the assistance of Trafalgar
             and so we plan to continue with the current program to ensure
             this important aspect of our cash flow management is properly
             addressed.

             As a result of the ageing of our security cameras and network
             infrastructure, which is around 10 years old and still fully
             functional subject to ongoing maintenance and replacement,
             the trustees and Estate Management have embarked on
             developing a replacement program which will be shared
             in the months to come and will no doubt have a financial
             consequence on our levies in the next financial year.

             Information will be circulated shortly regarding the Annual
             General Meeting to be held towards the end of June 2019.
