A Word from our Chairman

      Dear Residents

I would like to encourage residents to attend our EGM on 17 February to
be held at the Dainfern College Auditorium at which the budget and levies
will be discussed and approved for the next financial year as well as other
matters relevant to the estate as outlined in the EGM pack circulated to
      residents last week.

The recent heavy rainfalls whilst so needed and which have transformed
the estates and our own gardens, have caused fairly significant damage to
our riverbanks and infrastructure situated along the river. The damaged
infrastructure is receiving urgent attention and will be fully operative in the
next few days, but the rehabilitation required to various of the riverbanks
will be assessed over the next few weeks and a program will commence to
address the damage caused at the end of the summer period.

I would like to assure residents that various steps, including the formation
of a Security subcommittee which is chaired by Ian Gilley, have been taken
since the two internal events which occurred at the end of last year to
ensure that our security program is functioning optimally. This will be
discussed in some more detail at the EGM.
                                                                                              Yours sincerely
                                                   Sebastian Carter

                                                                 Chairman
