A Word from our Chairman

Dear Residents

I would like to thank all those members who cast their votes following the recent
EGM on 29th September 2022 for the security camera and infrastructure upgrade. I
would like to confirm that we obtained the requisite majority of votes in support of
this important project. We have as a result commenced with the contractual phase
of the project, which will be implemented over the next few months. It is expected
to be fully operational in around February/March 2023. This project will not only
ensure that the estate has state-of-the-art camera technology covering all areas of
our perimeter and certain internal areas, but various upgrades are being made to the
underlying infrastructure, control room set-up and operations and the enhancement
of our guarding and response processes. This is an exciting project, which will be an
investment in our security for the next 10 years and beyond.

I trust that you have enjoyed the recent estate events into which Judy and the team
have expended significant effort.

I would like to remind you that we are nearing the end of the year and we will be
commencing with our year-end collection for our gardening maintenance and security
guarding teams and I would ask that you give as generously as is possible as this group
of people do so much for us each and every day. A communication in this regard will
be circulated in due course.
I would like to wish Dainfern College and other students all the best for the exams
which are around the corner.
