A Word from our Chairman

Dear Residents

Significant progress has been made over the past few
months in completing various projects on the Estate.
Those areas of the riverbank damaged last summer have
been mainly rehabilitated, the stormwater culverts which
exist in various areas on the eastern side of the Estate
have undergone significant repair and our backup power
source for multiple aspects of our security systems is fully
functional; hence the generator has not been utilised for
an extended period which is positive from an environmen-
tal and cost perspective.

Various initiatives continue to be considered by the Board
and estate management to ensure our day-to-day pro-
cesses appropriately consider the environment and are
more cost-effective given the inflationary pressures that
continue to exist in the economy.
