he Finance Sub-committee is in the
process of finalising the annual financial
Tstatements for the period 1 January
2019 to 31 December 2019, for onward
transmission to the auditors of the HOA.
The Finance Sub-committee is also paying
special attention to the procurement policies
of the HOA as pertains to the following:
1. Advance payment / deposits practice in
the payment of suppliers
2. Training of all office staff and directors on
the procurement policies
3. Capex items in excess of R10 000
4. Q Dos programme to track all procurement
activities conducted by the HOA
5. Competitive procurement processes.
