achievements. We can congratulate ourselves and say “well done!” We took bigger steps in 2022
and are looking forward to the next level in 2023.
These accomplishments are highlighted under each portfolio in this issue of the Blue Valley News
so that residents can continue to appreciate where we have come from and where we are going.
The Board of Directors would like to wish residents, their families, and the HOA team a wonderful
year ahead, and we are confident that we will all work together to keep our estate a “signature”
