A CLOSE ENCOUNTER

WITH AN UNUSUAL
VISITOR

An incredible owl encounter occurred in our
community, as captured by Dr Andre Parker of
Broadbury Circle.
The owl, perched in a Jacaranda tree next to the
balcony of Dr Parker's study, was a mere three
meters away. The magnificent creature stayed
there for a long while, lingering even after
darkness fell.

This remarkable sighting, believed to be an
African Grass Owl or a Western Barn Owl
according to the Bird Pro app, adds a touch of
enchantment to our estate.
