with a clear mission: improve safety, enhance public spaces, and build a stronger,
greener Fourways through collaboration. Managed by Local Abode, a specialist

Local Abode’s Business Manager, Mikhaela Donaldson, brings years of experience in urban
regeneration and precinct management to the role. She has led the coordination of projects
and partnerships that combine long-term planning with tangible, on-the-ground results.
“Our slogan is: Let’s make Fourways better together,” says Donaldson. “No one stakeholder can
transform an area alone — but when residents, businesses, and organisations work towards
shared goals, real change happens.”
