fWG carols and fesTiVe fair 2021
e wish to thank all the Fourways Gardens residents
that braved the weather to get together for a fun-
filled afternoon and evening. Behind the scenes,
Wit was hugely stressful with the weather doing its
best to rain on our parade! Rain it did, and pour!
I think those folks that came through when it eased off can say
what fun they all had! There was a wonderful family spirit, with
kids enjoying rides and the amazing giant water slide turning
the park into a snowy scene! It was crazy!
Santa was at his best, sitting in a lovely comfy chair listening to
all the kids’ wishes and shopping lists. As always, the visit from
Santa was a very special part of the afternoon.
Then the party migrated indoors to enjoy entertainment by Mike,
the soloist, and Brent with his incredible band. Everyone was
dancing, even a very entertaining toddler who was completely
involved in her very first live concert!
This was very good fun and a wonderful way to end off 2021. The
moral of the story - the show must go on! God bless and have a
wonderful 2022!
