We have a winner!!!!

fter what has felt like years, we
once again had a Monthly Draw
Winner. Along with the sponsors,
ACentury 21, we decided to host a
Guaranteed Draw for August.

The plan was to draw until an owner in
attendance won the prize! The first draw
would be for R11 000, and if no one claimed
the prize, the second draw would be for
R7 500 and the third for R5 000.

However, on the first draw of the night,
Andrew and Anne Borresen were drawn
and won a whopping R11 000 as Anne was
in attendance. Seeing the Draw advertised
on our notice board, she had decided last
minute to pop in for a glass of wine!

The ever popular Lucky Draw Prizes had
Quinton Davis and Kerry Vermeulen smiling
on the night and young Tao Bierman walked
away with the Kid’s Prize!

Francois arranged a wonderful musician for
the evening and ‘Cunning Brad’ had all of
us stomping our feet, dancing and singing
along throughout the evening!

Our Monthly Draws have been crowd
pleasers for many years and we hope all
our residents will join us for the next one,
which will take place when the restaurant
re-opens after our refurbishment.

The rules are simple:
• Every homeowner in good standing is
automatically entered into the cash draw
but they have to be in attendance to claim
their winnings.
• Anyone at The Club on the night stands
a chance to win one of the Lucky Draw
Prizes.
