Rensured everyone attending our
September monthly draw could enter the
lucky draw as well!

Attendance was high because the warmer
weather meant patrons could enjoy the
outdoor seating and because it was a
guaranteed draw!

The winner of the kiddies’ draw was Ivanka
Verster – luckily not her brother, who’s won
the kiddies’ draw twice this year. Mechelle
Theodosiou, who had just moments before
quipped that she’d win a hamper, did win a
hamper – what luck! Larry Ouzman was the
winner of the other lucky draw hamper, and
with the lucky draws done, we turned our
focus to the main event – the Century 21 kitty!
With R10 500 to be won, there was no
shortage of breath-holding as the page and
line number were drawn, but the would-be
winner was not present! The second draw was
for R7 000, but this would-be winner was also
absent. For the guaranteed draw of R5 000,
we drew a name from the lucky draw entries
and after confirming property ownership
and good standing with the HOA, we were
pleased to announce that Graham Hay won
R5 000. Congratulations to Graham, and
our thanks to the Century 21 team for their
sponsorship and involvement in this not-to-
be-missed event!
Our next monthly draw will have a kitty
of R7 000 and remember that while all
homeowners are entered into the draw, only
homeowners in good standing with the HOA
are eligible to win!

Thank you to The Gardens Bistro team and
Century 21 Fourways (Sav, Anne, Glenda, and
Lalian) for ensuring this is a not-to-be-missed
event.
