                    ’ve had a marvellous month since joining the FWG HOA team.
                    We hit the ground running with the AGM, hosted on 13 June.
                    Residents have been so kind and welcoming, as has the newly
                 Iappointed Board of Directors. This estate is fortunate to have
                  such an enthusiastic and passionate group of individuals who give
                  back for the betterment of their community.

                  A strong foundation of processes, policies and procedures are of
                  utmost importance in the successful functioning of any HOA, more
                  so in an estate consisting of 943 properties. Residents should keep
                  an eye on estate communications for information on standardised
                  forms for the movement of goods (gifting to staff) and relocating
                  to or from the estate.
