AN INSPIRATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY
NETWORKING BRUNCH
errin Bain is an Ontological Life
Coach who has been living in
Fourways Gardens Estate for 20
Kyears. During this time, she has
lost two children to cancer – tragedies
that led to her starting fundraising
organisation The Cows. Affiliated to the
Childhood Cancer Foundation of South
Africa (CHOC), The Cows has raised
R40 million over the past 15 years.
Kerrin was a guest speaker at a
networking brunch hosted by The
Gardens Bistro in Fourways Gardens
Estate and attended by more than 60
ladies. She shared her insights and
information about how we perceive our
lives and our chosen way to respond.
She also spoke about the importance
of breathing exercises and Tension &
Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE®), a
simple yet innovative series of exercises
that assist the body to release deep,
muscular patterns of stress, tension and
trauma.
Attendees were invited to supply their
business and service information and
to sponsor prizes to promote what they
do.
All in all, it was an inspiring and
enjoyable morning of networking,
meeting new people and learning new
skills.
A delicious harvest table was put
together by The Gardens Bistro.
Refreshing mimosas were served along
with MCC, generously sponsored by
Boschendal.
