Estate News
Monthly draW
Friday, 25 July
uly’s Monthly Draw was proudly sponsored by Century 21’s
Kymn Grant Smith, who completed the estate’s Induction
Process for Property Practitioners and submitted the winning
Jsponsorship bid for the event. Stepping up the style, the prize
table looked more impressive than ever – and there was plenty to
get excited about!
With R4,500 in the kitty, enviable hampers, a kids’ lucky draw, and
two Burn the Bill’s, the atmosphere was lively. The Gardens Bistro
provided us with live music, delicious food, and drinks as we waited
for the draw.
While there were a few technical hiccups, the HOA’s recently
upgraded audio system proved a vast improvement – allowing
everyone in the restaurant to follow the draw and ensure they
didn’t miss their chance to claim a prize.
The kids’ prize went to Ava Brews, while the hampers were snapped
up by Ricki Tomaselli and Chris Booth. Unfortunately, our would-be
cash prize winner wasn’t present, meaning the cash kitty rolled over
to R6,000 for the August Monthly Draw!
The Gardens Bistro’s Knowledge drew the Burn the Bill winners,
awarding Kobus and Patrycja Verster, along with Robert and
Tamsin Snodgrass, R500 off their bills – the perfect reason to treat
themselves a little more.
We thank Century 21 for their ongoing support of this beloved
community event. We look forward to welcoming everyone at the
next Monthly Draw. Remember – you need to be present on the
night and in good standing with the HOA to claim the cash prize!
