Estate News
neW residents Meet and greet
ur second meet and greet of 2025 welcomed 12
families who have recently joined our community. The
gathering provided them with the opportunity to put
Ofaces to the names of some of the Board of Directors
and HOA team, while also connecting with fellow new residents.
With Lia Black providing a beautiful musical backdrop, the
evening unfolded with laughter, shared stories, and plenty of
questions about the river project, estate offerings, and community
processes. Residents from all walks of life shared how they arrived
at Fourways Gardens, but one theme stood out in every story – the
sense of safety and community that makes life here truly unique.
In the busyness of our event-filled calendar and day-to-day
demands, evenings like this remind us of the importance of
slowing down to welcome and support our newest neighbours. As
one resident put it, “You restored our faith in our move.” So, when
you see a new face at one of our upcoming events, stop and say
a friendly hello – you may find, as many of our July attendees did,
that new friendships add immeasurable value to your Fourways
Gardens experience.
