We want to thank all members who continue to pay their monthly levies so diligently. In the midst of the Covid-19 lockdown, IFV Accounts:
members are paying, and many members that did fall behind have settled all outstanding levies. We again maintained our Winny Boshoff
debtors book from June to July 2020 with only a 0,8% increase. Last month there was some movement in the number of
accounts outstanding, but this was not concerning. The number of accounts owing more then 3 months remained constant
at 20; 60 days decreased from 29 to 23; 30 days from 53 to 54. Account Ability and the Estate Management are continuously
driving collections to ensure adequate cash flow to fulfil the HOA obligations. We reached settlement with one of our
> R200 000 accounts, and received the first payment in July.
