qualities needed to succeed in business is ‘Mindfulness’ - it’s
essential for dealing with clients, with colleagues and for
your own sense of awareness.
In my down time, I’m an estate dog walker, walking dogs
for residents who are away or unable to exercise their fur
kids regularly. I’ve come to realise that we need to practise
mindfulness in our estate as dog owners and residents.
Without it, things start to unravel.
While out walking, I cannot help but notice the increase in
dog poop, discarded COVID face masks, fast food packaging
and cigarette butts along our paths and trails.
As estate residents, we owe it to our fellow residents to be
mindful of our beautiful surroundings and our duty to preserve
them. It’s not OK to allow your dog to poop on a pavement or Poop bags
- available
path and then leave it there. It’s unacceptable to use a picnic from
spot and leave your KFC or McDonalds cartons lying around. supermarkets
