The Festive Season is just as easily celebrated outdoors in the fresh air, as an
alternative to the traditional indoor family gathering at the dinner table. Here
are two excellent complements to add zest to your next braai.

Aperol spritzes are ultra-refreshing, bubbly cocktails. A proper

1 large celery stalk, finely sliced 3 ounces (1 part) Aperol
125ml seedless raisins 3 ounces (1 part) dry Prosecco
1 large handful baby spinach 1 ounce (a splash) club soda or unflavoured
Ina Paarman’s Vegetable Spice sparkling water
60ml pumpkin seeds, toasted Orange slice, for garnish
