Dear Residents,
hen this issue of The Villager is published, we
are already in the 3rd month of the year.
W We are starting to feel a slight colder breeze in
the mornings and late in the evenings. Further, we are starting
to see the leaves of trees changing in colour and before long
we will be in autumn. Let us enjoy the last summer days.
No more cash payments at Estate Office from 1st of
April 2023
From the 1st of April 2023 no more cash payments will be
allowed at the Estate Office. There will be a card machine
available for the payment for registration of domestics,
gardeners and contract workers.
Kindly inform your contractors to bring a card for the
payment when they register their workers at the Estate Office.
Rules and Regulations of the HOA
Residents are kindly reminded of the following rules and
regulations of the HOA:
• No contractors are allowed to work over weekends.
• When you walk with your dog/s in the Estate, the dog/s
must be on a leash.
• Residents must adhere to the traffic rules in the Estate,
speed limit of 40 km/h and stopping at stop streets.
• An application form for the installation of solar must be
