Estate News
Anna-Mart Steyn
Dear Residents,
inter is upon us, and it is
time to snuggle under the
Wblankets with a good book
and get a pot of homemade soup on
the stove.
Grid failure and security in the
Estate
The Board and Estate Management
have put emergency plans in place that
will ensure that the full security system
of the estate – perimeter cameras,
Photo by David Lezcano electric fence, access control system and
cameras at the gates – will work during
load shedding or in the event of a total
grid failure.
Parking in parks
The Board and Estate Management have
discussed the matter of vehicles being
parked in parks or on the park sidewalk
at length.
No vehicle may be parked in a park
under any circumstances.
A vehicle may only park on the park
sidewalk for a short period or when a
member has a function and has made
prior arrangements with the Estate
Manager.
Should it be found that a member
uses the park sidewalk as a permanent
parking place for a vehicle, especially
at night, then a warning will be issued.
