Putting Green Etiquette
While our parks are wonderful
recreational spaces, please refrain
from using them as driving ranges,
especially the park near the putting
green. As indicated, this activity is
prohibited, and anyone found in
violation will be held responsible
for any damages caused to private
property.

Gardens in the Estate
We are thrilled to announce
the launch of our newest
initiative: the “Garden of
the Month” recognition
programme. As we strive
to enhance the beauty and
spirit of our community, we
believe this program will not
only celebrate the dedication
of our residents but also
inspire others to take pride in
their outdoor spaces.
Everything is turning
green and growing after
all the wonderful rain that
fell over the last few weeks.
Thank you very much to all
the residents who diligently
attend to their gardens.
What a pleasant sight it is
when driving through the
estate.
Residents who have not
yet attended to their gardens,
you are kindly requested to
take out those lawnmowers
and get some great exercise
while attending to your
garden.
