colour, which must satisfy the HOA.
Members must inform the Estate Manager
of the installation of the water tank(s).

A water tank can only be installed on
the street façade if it is as a feature. A plan
must be submitted to the Aesthetic sub
committee for the approval of such an
installation.

Dogs in the estate
We are experiencing an increase in dogs
running loose in the estate. When these
dogs are caught, they are not wearing a
tag indicating from which stand they are.
Kindly find an extract below from
the Irene Farm Villages HOA Rules and
Regulations:
4.2.1. Dogs may not leave members’
stands except on a leash and must be
controlled so as not to interfere with any
birds, wildlife, other pets or pedestrians.
4.2.2. Owners of pets are responsible for
immediately removing any excrement
of their pets from streets, sidewalks and
the open spaces.
4.2.3. Every dog and cat must wear a collar
with a tag indicating the name, stand
and telephone number of the member,
