DEVELOPMENT
Devonbosch is a mixed-use development near
Stellenbosch in the Western Cape, located on
the R304 close to the Cabrico Brick Company. It
blends elements of walkability and sustainability,
creating “a worldly village of the future and
putting people within the community first”.
Green living is a high priority as it is situated
within a unique natural environment.
