LONGLANDS ESTATE

Longlands Estate is a high-end residential development in Stellenbosch. Situated
within a rural landscape with a generous gradient, it provides beautiful views of the
surrounding mountain ranges, which adds to the site’s sense of place. This was an
important design directive during the conceptual development of the estate layout.
