ABOUT-TURN
ot so long ago, in my January and February ed’s comments,
I was urging everyone to save water and use it sparingly.
NWho would have thought that by the end of April, many of
us might have been saying: “It’s enough already!” Time to see a bit
of blue sky and sunshine, instead of the seemingly endless clouds
and greyness.
It seems unusual to have had so much rain at this time of year,
but the one positive outcome of it is that it might keep the winter
dryness at bay for a bit, at least in Gauteng.
