ISSUE 2 : The Proposed Silver Lakes
Outfall Sewer
At the crux of this proposal:
The City of Tshwane wants to divert
ALL sewerage of the surrounding areas
through Silver Lakes Golf and Wildlife
Estate instead of using and upgrading the
current systems at the pump stations.
The issues at hand are:
The City of Tshwane is trying to get rid of
anything that requires maintenance, such
as pump stations; the current sewerage
system cannot handle ANY extra sewerage.
