Speeding in the estate
The speed limit is 40km/h in Gleneagles
Drive, Muirfield Boulevard and Pebble
Beach Drive. The speed limit is 30km/h on
all other roads, including those in the game
reserve.

Vegetation on our perimeter
electric fence
We are experiencing an increased
number of false alarms due to overgrown
vegetation, which is touching the electric
fences – and, in so doing, compromising
the integrity of our electric perimeter
fence. The problem has been exacerbated
by the rains and heavy branches.
Kindly assist by cutting back overgrown
vegetation.

Solar at the Lynwood gate
A solar system was installed at the
Lynnwood gate to ensure that the security
access control and all other security-related
equipment remain operational during
power outages.
