WELLNESS DAYS WITH

DISCOVERY VITALITY

he Wellness Days took place on
9 and 10 June at the Silver Lakes
TClubhouse. Both events were well
organised. Residents enjoyed the well-
planned Wellness Days and convenience
of earning their maximum Vitality points at
one venue.

One had the opportunity to see the
Dietician, Biokeniticist and Nurse on the
same day and earn their points quickly and
effectively. In total, 20 people attended
both events. Some of the attendees had
not booked but had seen the event and
requested if they could also take part.
According to the feedback received at the
event, everyone enjoyed the Wellness Days
and found them convenient.
