for estate management. They’ve turned what used to be dusty
maintenance tasks into an art form of innovation and efficiency.
Their achievements include:
• transforming agricultural-style irrigation into fully automated
smart watering systems for gardens and greenbelts;
• implementing solar infrastructure and generators that keep
essential services running during load shedding;
• maintaining an in-house fleet that allows the team to respond to
issues swiftly and professionally;
• building and overseeing the sewage and water networks that rival
