Dear Residents, Bakehouse upgrade
The upgrades are in full swing, and I believe everyone is excited
As we move into winter, the estate has a myriad of projects about the new look, feel and offerings of both the convenience

Aquatic machine
The Aquatic machine has arrived, although we are off to a rough
start with some minor damage to the machine that occurred in
transit, which we are busy rectifying with the insurance. As of the
writing of this article, the machine requires one part for it to launch
its maiden voyage. It is my hope that at the time the article comes
out, the machine is already working hard for us.

Road works
The road between La Quinta
and Pebble Beach is nearly
complete, despite several
delays caused by rain. The
improvements are vast,
and we’ve received many
compliments from residents.
We thank those affected for
their patience, as the project
took longer than expected.
The next phase will focus
on the long stretch from La
Quinta to Muirfield Boulevard.
