        on display at the fair. Winners received vouchers from
        various Polofields Crossing tenants for their efforts.


        “On behalf of HospiceWits, I want to thank you most sincerely
        for supporting our organisation the way you have over the
        last 12 months, and particularly the Spring Book Fair held
        at Polofields Crossing over the long weekend. The income
        achieved was just over R45 000, every cent going towards
        the support and care that our team of doctors, nurses and
        counsellors provide to those with a life-limiting illness, from
        the time that they are diagnosed, mainly in the comfort of
        their own homes,” says Jacqui kaye, CEO HospiceWits.

        Blood drives are close to our hearts too and are regularly
        hosted at Polofields Crossing. This year, they hosted no less
        than 12 SANBS blood drives during which a total of 233 units of
        blood were donated with the potential to save up to 77 lives!

                                                              Foundations hosted the Rise Against Hunger campaign at
                                                              Mall of Africa and Attacq’s other malls across the country.
                                                              Their goal was to pack 90 000 meals in one day.  Thanks
                                                              to 700 volunteers countrywide who came together
                                                              for a common cause, they reached it – helping to feed
                                                              over 350 kids, five days a week, for an entire year!
