q: When it comes to balancing
your home and work life, what’s
your secret?
A: It’s straightforward: there isn’t one.
If you have to work 12 hours, you work
12 hours – you have no choice but to
meet your deadlines. It’s a matter of
prioritising both your personal and
professional life. For me, it’s important
that my family understands my work
and the pressures it entails, and
the same rule applies to my work
environment. However, a strong
support system is crucial for any
successful career, and I can honestly
say I would not be where I am today
without the support of my family.

q: Any advice to young
aspirants wanting to get into
the property sector?
A: Be true to yourself and accept
the dynamics of an ever-changing
and challenging environment.
Believe in yourself, work as part of
the team, and never forget that you
are an extension of that team.
