a hat-trick at the

Awards. We were named the Best
Mixed-use Development in South
Africa for the eighth time in nine years,
while LYT Architecture won Best Leisure
Interior in SA for the stylish Highline rooftop
bar and restaurant at the Courtyard Hotel.
In the third victory, Munyaka Lifestyle Estate,
developed by Balwin Properties, was named
Best Leisure Architecture in the country. All three
winners are now in the running for the Best in
