Gateway West
Gateway West and East – One of the
most prestigious office precincts in
Waterfall City, the envisioned grand
mirror-image design showcases modern
architecture with façades of glass and
aluminium. This precinct is situated
on one of the most prominent sites in
Waterfall City. The two buildings will
eventually flank the northern entrance
of the Mall of Africa, forming a gateway
to the city. While the LEED Gold Gateway
West building is completed and home
to Sage, FNB and Spaces, Gateway East
will be a client-driven built-to-spec
building. A defining feature of Gateway
Gateway West West is its multi-volume internal
atrium providing ample natural light
and an impressive sense of space. In
addition, the urban environment has
a central piazza, created as a corporate
square and green open space, ideal for
informal discussions or lunch breaks.
The Ingress – This ±20 000m²
commercial space, which includes
five customisable office buildings, is
located at the entrance to Waterfall
City, with visible street access. In
keeping with the green ethos of
Waterfall, this office park incorporates
The Ingress energy efficiencies and long-term
sustainability benefits, targeting a
4-Star Green Star rating. Enjoy a cup of
coffee at the pop-up coffee shop and
take a break in one of the many social
and breakaway spaces. Building one
is fully occupied by PSG Wealth, with
available space in Building two for
potential tenants. The remaining three
buildings will be developed in a phased
approach subject to market demand.
