T he results are out, and once again Waterfall
City has triumphed in the prestigious
International Property Awards, walking
away with the coveted Best International
Mixed-use Architecture 2023-2024 award, in addition
to also winning the Best International Developer
Website for www.waterfallcity.co.za. Preceded
by three Best in Africa accolades, the wins kept
coming when Balwin Properties also won the
Best Leisure Development in Africa for its Munyaka
Lifestyle Estate situated in Waterfall City. You can

Part of creating a place where people love to be,
means offering a variety of activities to enjoy.
With that in mind, we have some very cool
events planned in the weeks ahead. One is an art
