                  RESIDENT
                                                       Survey










        In the March 2024 edition of Interface, a Feedback Report on the
        Resident Satisfaction Survey 2024, was published. The CHOA considered matters raised
        by residents. A further report is provided below.




                                                               How to report transgressors of CHOA Rules has been

        An information evening with Residents was held.        Some penalties on free roaming dogs were issued.
        The upcoming AGM will seek members’ guidance on options
        like ambient lighting. Consideration must be given to
        repairing the existing council infrastructure or following the           SPEEDING
        legal path.
                                                               The CHOA Board has approved 2 additional yellow speed barriers
                                                               to be randomly placed on the Estate.
                             PETS
                                                               Residents were sensitised on speed limits.
        Continuous awareness regarding this issue has been addressed.
        Inspections are also being done by Security.           Whistle blower complaints have been addressed successfully.
