FACIAL RECOGNITION
The access control system received extensive attention over the last 2 months. Any resident
experiencing difficulties must please contact the CHOA office for assistance.
WALKING TRAIL
Paving of areas commenced and more improvements are planned over the course of the Winter.
BEAUTIFICATION OF SANTA MONICA BRIDGE
During the last flood period, residents may have noticed the reprioritised river clean-up process,
to clean the area around the bridge as soon as the perimeter is secured. Some landscaping is
also planned for the Summer to soften the road area with trees.
The CHOA is working diligently to address our residents’ recommendations/concerns and will
shortly also start addressing property maintenance on a consistent and regular basis. The
Generator Policy was also a contentious matter raised by residents and noisy generators will be
monitored during loadshedding times.
With the above actions already taken, residents can be assured of the CHOA’s commitment to
address matters as they arise.
