is a youth development
Tprogram that uses mentorship
and adventure-based learning
to foster personal growth and
emotional intelligence in Generation
Z boys. Developed by teacher and
outdoorsman Angus Lowe, the program
teaches resilience, teamwork, problem-
solving, and stress management
through outdoor activities and
emotional intelligence training. It also
strengthens parent-child relationships.
Estates in Africa currently offers one
participant a chance to join Angus's
next program.
