        RANGE OF SOLAR LUMINAIRES EXPANDED

B eka Solar’s range of luminaires has been expanded with two new versions: a median and

            decorative post top.
The company’s solar streetlights for outdoor residential and public applications provide fully
customisable options to suit all off-grid solar lighting requirements.
The company, combined with either the ZIYA or ZELA luminaires, provides a reliable lighting solution with
a high ingress protection level which withstands high ambient temperatures and vandalism. These luminaires
are a sustainable off-grid performer with a superior lumen-per-watt ratio.
The photovoltaic (PV) energy conversion is optimised by efficient polycrystalline solar
module technology to maximise solar energy. This in turn offers the best energy storage options
and autonomy available on the market with a wide range of battery options: lead-acid, Li-ion, and
the new super capacitor. This super capacitor removes depth of discharge issues and offers extended life and
        discharge cycles.
A programmable maximum power point tracking device controls and optimises the whole system, providing
protection from both internal and external factors, such as thermal environmental changes when charging the batteries.
The company offers a renewable lighting solution for deployment in any environment.
