                         Ukheshe appoints president of Strategic Partnerships
                         Ukheshe Technologies has appointed Anton Coertzen as president of Strategic Partnerships. Coertzen will be responsible for
                         growing the business through key partnerships which complement the company’s business development and product innovation
                         strategy. The appointment comes as Ukheshe continues to entrench its position as a formidable payment technology specialist
                         within the B2B sector.
                            Coertzen brings with him over a decade of in-depth experience in the financial services sector, having held positions in Deloitte
                         Consulting as part of its government integrated solutions team. He also held several key roles within Mastercard as a legal entity
                         controller and in digital sales where he was responsible for furthering Mastercard’s commercial relationships with fintechs, payment
                         service providers (PSPs) and government.

                         SoftwareONE South Africa appoints new leader
                         Marilyn Moodley has been appointed as South African country leader for SoftwareONE, an end-to-end cloud technology and
                         software solutions company operating in over 90 countries. An eight-year veteran with the company, Moodley takes over the reins
                         from Grant Bryce, who is now leading SoftwareONE Ireland.

                         Citrix appoints EMEA emerging markets channel director
                         Citrix has appointed Wojtek Zyczynski to the position of EMEA emerging markets channel director. He will report to Pilkku Aasma,
                         vice president, partner sales EMEA at Citrix. Wojtek will be part of the EMEA channel sales and ecosystems leadership team,
                         working closely with the team of Amir Sohrabi – area vice president and head of digital transformation, Russia, Eastern Europe,
                         Middle East and Africa – to further accelerate channel sales, cloud adoption and overall channel transformation.
                            Wojtek has worked in the IT industry for two decades. During his 13-year tenure in Microsoft he was involved in the
                         transformation of the distribution and partner channel in Poland, sales to small and medium business/corporate, public sector and
                         managing the marketing and operations of Microsoft Poland. For the last four years, Wojtek was part of the subsidiary leadership
                         team, leading partner organisation.
                         J2 appoints new national sales manager
                         As part of its global expansion strategy, Cybersecurity firm J2 has appointed Roy Alves as its national sales manager. He will
                         be instrumental in building a cybersecurity skill set that will enable African businesses to identify and address their cyber
                         capacity needs.
                            Having recently worked for Mimecast, Alves has a wealth of experience in the IT security space. He spent more than 12 years
                         educating and building a channel in South Africa and the rest of Africa to support the shift of moving from an analogue CCTV to a
                         digital IP surveillance world.
                             Alves aims to build a sophisticated cybersecurity skill set throughout Africa. “My vision is to further establish J2 as the partner
                         of choice in the cybersecurity space in Africa. I believe there is a huge opportunity in the African market to build these skills locally.”
