What the Course entails
Students who graduate from this course will receive a Diploma in
Pâtisserie which is accredited by City & Guilds and recognised
internationally. It is a 12-month programme of in-depth pâtisserie
training that consists of two semesters. In the first semester, students
will work through essential kitchen skills, which lay a strong founda-
tion for working in the food preparation industry. Topics in the first
