ESTATE NEWS
































































                                                                                     The event saw hundreds of visitors to the
                                                                                     estate for both the golf day  and the gala
                                                                                     dinner, which  required extensive planning
                                                                                     from a logistics and security perspective.
                                                                                     The Blue  Valley Home Owners Association,
                                                                                     clubhouse management, clubhouse sta ,
                                                                                     estate employees, estate service providers
                                                                                     and other entities worked tirelessly to prepare
                                                                                     for the visit, with all hands-on deck on the day
                                                                                     to ensure that we could host the president at
                                                                                     our estate, safely and in style. The day was
                                                                                     truly exceptional and will be remembered by
                                                                                     all who participated.
                                                                                     Due to the security constraints around the
                                                                                     president’s  visit,  homeowners were not
                                                                                     o cially informed beforehand of the details
                                                                                     of the event, and limited information was
                                                                                     provided in order to ease congestion at the
                                                                                     main gate. Our homeowners and residents
                                                                                     were however very accommodating and
                                                                                     courteous towards our visitors on the day. The
                                                                                     Board thanks everyone for working together
                                                                                     with our teams on the day, ensuring that we
                                                                                     continue to build a great brand for the estate.
