TEMBISA GOLF CLUB
Blue Valley, represented by Suren Reddy
and Trevor Currie, recently hosted Bengy
Monyanyedi and Steward Mabena, two
committee members from Tembisa Golf
Club. The match ended all square. Blue Valley
was then invited to play at the Tembisa Golf
Club on Saturday, 10 October. Mangezi
Maswanganyi and Adriaan Nel represented
Blue Valley and managed to beat the hosts 1
up. Blue Valley will be hosting 30 of Tembisa
Gold Club’s juniors over a six week period. We
plan to offer a further 12 week programme
to the ten most passionate juniors from the
initial group. Going forward, we hope that
they will continue playing golf and represent
Blue Valley at Junior and Scratch level.
The entire committee is firmly behind this
initiative and hopes to run these clinics for
years to come.
